Hydratec at Liftex 2013

Since 1993, Hydratec have built a reputation for consistently delivering an unparalleled level of support to businesses in the lift industry.  This year, we decided to undertake Liftex 2013 – our first ever exhibition – and it has proven to be remarkably successful.

Liftex offered us not only the opportunity to display our new product, but also our entire product range.  We also attended in support of ALGI Hydraulics, as we are an approved agent for ALGI equipment.  In preparation for the exhibition, we commissioned a bespoke exhibition stand to promote the benefits of using Hydratec as a subcontractor, alongside a company video to showcase our work.

After such an exciting couple of days we are receiving a large number of enquiries, and would like to thank everyone who visited us during the exhibition for their interest and feedback.

Brian Fuell retires

After many years working with Hydratec, Brian Fuell retired from the team at the end of March this year.  Brian has worked in the lift industry his entire life: previously he was a Senior Hydraulics Engineer and Project Manager for Kone, during which time he trained Rob Keane, MD of Hydratec.  Subsequently, Brian joined Rob when Hydratec became fully established.

Brian still remains in close contact with Rob and has remained as part of the team as a consultant – this can be witnessed by the fact that Brian attended the Liftex 2013 exhibition with our team.

Many of our customers had dealings with Brian over the years and benefited from his years of experience and technical expertise. The office is certainly a lot quieter without his stream of very bad jokes!

Brian will be greatly missed by all of us at Hydratec, and we wish him lots of luck and happiness for the future.
