Specialist knowledge

Hydratec engineers are all qualified to a minimum of NVQ3 or its equivalent and we maintain an ongoing programme for our trainees to achieve NVQ3 levels and beyond. In addition, they are required to participate in regular Tool Box Talks, accredited to one of the major lift companies. Our Field Supervisory Staff are trained in Fatality Prevention Audits, which are carried out on a regular basis.

To support our training programme, Hydratec have fully functional hydraulic equipment and lift controllers installed in a classroom environment at our main offices in Hampshire.

We believe our ongoing commitment to training and development in the area of hydraulic technology means that our engineers’ learnt knowledge and skills, combined with their existing on-site experience make them the ideal resource for maintaining your customers’ hydraulic lifts.
