Following the Prime Minister’s address to the nation last night, we will be shutting both our Yateley and Heywood offices at the close of business today - Tuesday 24th March, until at least the 14th April. This has not been an easy decision to take but we feel it is in the best interest of our staff and the country at this time of crisis.
We have office staff working from home and are able to send out stock parts when required. We appreciate that over the next 3 weeks, there is a likelihood that critical lifts may breakdown, we have teams on standby to react. These standby teams are for critical lifts only, in institutions defined as critical by the government (hospitals, care homes, and other critical worker lifts ). I hope you will understand our position on this in these difficult times.
Technical support is available through the usual channels and by emailing email@example.com we will do our utmost to respond as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding.
We are all fully aware of the need to work safely and within the guidelines and restrictions laid down by the HSE. Nothing is more important for engineers when working on site to know that there are qualified First Aiders always available to help in an emergency. We also fully understand that if a First Aider is not on site our engineers are prohibited from working (HSE Regulations) and that’s why Hydratec has invested in First Aid Training for all of our field staff, in effect when we visit your customers site we don’t have to wait for a First Aider to be present to undertake our work.
