Specialist knowledge

Hydratec engineers are all qualified to a minimum of NVQ3 (or equivalent) and we maintain an ongoing programme to enable our employees to achieve higher qualifications. Our engineers are regularly audited on site and are required to sit an annual test to ensure safe working practices are understood and followed.

We carry out regular Tool Box Talks and site audits to ensure all employees are aware of their Health and Safety responsibilities along with safe working practices and Environmental Awareness training.

To support our training programme, Hydratec has fully functional hydraulic equipment and lift controllers installed in a classroom environment at our main offices in Hampshire.

The Hydraulic Training Lift

Hydratec’s own fully functioning two-stop hydraulic training lift enables us to train staff and develop their hydraulic skills whilst working towards their NVQ3 and beyond.

We believe our ongoing commitment to training and development in the area of hydraulic technology means that our engineers’ knowledge and skills, combined with their existing on-site experience make them the ideal resource for maintaining your customers’ hydraulic lifts.
